Senior Business Development Manager – Global Maritime & Cargo Compliance
Nordwatch Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to help grow our remote cargo inspection and maritime compliance services globally.
Nordwatch provides faster, scalable and cost-effective remote inspections for Dangerous Goods containers, flatracks, rolltrailers, tailgate inspections and live video inspections. Our digital inspection model helps customers reduce risk before cargo enters the transport chain, avoid delays, improve documentation and strengthen carrier acceptance.
This is a senior new-business role focused on winning strategic customers, framework agreements and recurring inspection volume. You will build relationships with shipping lines, OEMs, EPC companies, project owners, freight forwarders, insurers and other cargo stakeholders, while helping position Nordwatch as both an alternative to traditional physical inspections and a new assurance layer for cargo that is not currently surveyed.
We are looking for a commercially strong, self-driven profile with 8–10 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience, preferably from maritime, logistics, cargo, insurance, inspection, forwarding, OEM or related industries. You should have experience selling to large international customers, working with senior decision-makers and creating demand for complex services.
The position is based in Denmark or Germany, with regular presence in Flensburg and international travel. Nordwatch offers a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission model linked directly to real customer revenue.
